SPICY GARLIC PICKLED RADISHES

Ingredients

1 packet Spicy Garlic Pickling Mix (Retired) from our In A Snap - 10 Minute Quick Pickle Kit
4 cups radishes, whole, quartered or sliced.
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 litre (1 quart) jar (or plastic reusable container)

Instructions

Fill a clean jar or container with radishes. Combine pickle mix with vinegar and water. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Using a funnel, pour over radishes in the jar or container. Cap jar with lid and ring or put lid on container. Cool, then refrigerate. Store in refrigerator and enjoy for up to 3 weeks. Pickled radishes turn the brine a fun red colour, and their normal white flesh turns pink!
